| The items sold
through Etsy are in my possession from the time they are listed
until they are shipped. Each item sold is
described in detail, including any deficiencies, and is carefully packed
prior to shipping. All items shipped are sent through the post office (USPS). The purchaser
will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped. Items sent
through the post office are insured for the price paid by the customer.
Generally, items sold through this site may be
returned within three (3) business days from receipt as proven by the
tracking number. Request an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning the item. The RMA number
must be clearly written on the outside of the box/envelope.
RMA numbers can be obtained through the contact information on this
site's home page.
Note: Returns received without the RMA number
clearly written on the outside of the box/envelope will be refused.
In the unlikely event that an item is received broken,
the purchaser should file a claim with the post office.
